"Kiresubit C-4" is a hydrogen peroxide decomposition inhibitor used to remove oxidation scales from copper and copper alloys and for chemical polishing with hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid-based polishing solutions. By adding a small amount, it suppresses the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, contributing to the prolongation of the chemical polishing solution and cost reduction.
